It's a celebration, bitches! Enjoy yourselves!

It's my birthday today and I'm 27 years old. Still single ladies. That good, straight man you're looking for is right here. The only reason I'm single is because you ladies just aren't looking hard enough for the right man let alone the good one.

Almost forgot to mention yesterday was my bud Franz Dictado's birthday. For the dudes who forgot Franz's birthday yesterday adult movie star Rocky Roads has the same birthday as him. And for the ladies Ralph Fiennes was also born on the 22nd.

Where not to inhale rugby

Never inhale rugby in an airconditioned space. I learned that this afternoon when I went to Mercury Drug Store to choose an ice cream flavor. For the foriegners reading this rugby is an adhesive used on floor tiles and shoes. It's smell is an alternative to drugs and other narcotics. It's not that heavy like illegal drugs. It's as mild(if you wanna call it that) as gasoline, Tamiya cement or a white board marker. You can see several street kids along EDSA in the Cubao area holding a small bag of it to their nose and it's prolific in the Quiapo area too.

The Mercury Drug Store in the East Fairview area is open for business while half of it is being renovated. You'll get a strong whiff of rugby as you enter the store because of the airconditioning unit thats usually placed at the entrance of a store. At first it's ok. But give it several minutes and you'll be feeling nauseated with a bad headache for a long while. That's a health tip right there. I guess it's ok to inhale Rugby but not all the time and not continuously. Same goes with Tamiya Cement and markers. Don't quote me on that though. I ain't no role model to anybody.

My thoughts on the King Kong movie trailer

The King Kong movie has been out for awhile. Haven't seen it yet but I will eventually watch it. No doubt the movie is spectacular with gorgeous shots, great acting, breathtaking action and thats it. That's all I can get from the trailer. I'dve download a copy of it off the net but it just never crossed my mind (cue angel halo and singing choir).

Again, as far as I can tell from the trailer King Kong comes from an uncharted island populated by him, dinosaurs and tribal natives. He rules with a giant hairy fist and eats bananas all day and has his pick of females from any species. Thats why he's king. The women prostrate themselves to him. After an encounter with the expedition of foreigners into the island, Kong sees the most unattainbale treasure in all the existence: a gorgeous white woman. I say in all existence because even aliens come to Earth to partake this most rare of delicacies. Everyone likes a gorgeous white woman. Except for Captain Kirk. He likes green alien bitches.

Kong is then brought to America to dance and perform for the white man and when he begins loving this one white woman, you know what America does? America sends its air force to stop this interracial, let alone interspecies relationship. Why stop Kong? Why didn't they stop Howard the Duck? Oh wait Howard's white.

That's my take on the trailer. The racial overtones run rampant with it. And this is all taken from the trailer. As for the political overtones, I guess it has. Anybody wanna take a guess?

Mid-December posting

let's see... what happened between now and december 8? Can't remember. Damn chronic fried my brain. Oh wait I got it.

Richard Pryor, one of the great comedy Gods of our time passed away. Very sad news.

Chappelle's Show Season 3 is coming in 2006. This is the best news I've heard. Chappelle's back from the streets, bitch!

Here's another guy to hate on. Found out about that nut job in Iran the other day. His name is Mahmoud something. Wants to wipe Israel off the map and thinks the Holocaust is a myth. Are the Iranian people really buying his words? The guy's more ignorant than any kid in the Philippine education system.

Might make a blog on haters. This was borne from a conversation Mike Mirasol and I had. We already got some people to post about to start it. Me hating Filipino showbiz. Mahmoud hating Israel. Japan hating China and South Korea. Christians in America hating the phrase 'Happy Holidays'. If Ido start this blog, I'll ask you guys for contributions or something.

Execution Singapore-style

"Van Tuong Nguyen (Vietnamese: Nguye^~n Tu+o+`ng Vân, baptised Caleb[1], and known to friends and family as Van) (17 August 1980 ? 2 December 2005) was a Thailand?born Vietnamese Australian convicted of drug trafficking in Singapore. Such offences carry a mandatory death sentence under Singapore's Misuse of Drugs Act, and despite pleas for clemency from the Australian government, Amnesty International as well as other individuals and groups, he was executed by hanging at 6:07 am SGT on 2 December 2005 at ChangiPrison (9:07 am AEDT (2 December) or 22:07 UTC (1 December))."

Found guilty or not, thats harsh. Not just plain harsh, that's like
someone-else-played-God-on-your-ass-and-decided-to-kill-you-off-harsh. What makes this so appalling is tt was Nguyen's first offense. According to that Wikipedia entry he was helping out his brother pay of some debts. The problem with Singapore's Mususe of Drugs Act is it is too harsh on the drug courriers and not the drug bosses and dealers. I think Singapore deserves all the hate coming its way because of this. Killing a man 25 years into his life with no previous criminal record is a damn criminal. How can they sleep at night? Perosnally, If Nguyen killed someone intentionally then give him the death penalty.

The other day I overheard two people on the radio. One of them, and I'm not sure about this, is actor Edu Manzano. I think it was Manzano cause his voice was similar to his. They were discussing this Nguyen Execution and came to the conclusion that Singapore's Law are really severe and to be careful there implying Nguyen got what he deserved. After that they then talked about the SEAGames held here. In all the claptrap they were saying I hope that they know all if not most of the info surrounding it and they researched even a bit of it. Do they even know Nguyen had no previouscriminal record?

My one question that I still want to know in all this is Why would the Commonwealth Department of Public Prosecutions of Austrailia not attempt to prosecute Nguyen for drug related offenses? Prosecuting him would have given Australia a chance to extradite Nguyen to Australia where he won't behanged just passed around like currency in prison.

Dear Lord please be with our guests and prepare them for the butt-whoopin'
they're about to receive."

Sudanese Arab's Springtime in Darfur + chatmix 3(darfur)

Thank to Mike for sending me this link about the genocide in Darfur, Sudan. Breaks your heart this is allowed to happen. The chatmix below sums it up. 'jasonreyes00' and 'jason00' are both me. you don't need to figure it out.

jason00: that rebel billionaire phillantrophist dude.
jason00: he could save 'em instead of doing baloon rides around the world
flipcritic: yeah.
flipcritic: so much better things to do.
flipcritic: and yet that balloon ride gets more p.r.
flipcritic: (sad smiley)
jason00: bill gates. that bastard could save thounsand a month with just a days worth of his pay
jason00: he earns every second right?
flipcritic: Well... Bill Gates contributes to a lot of charities.
flipcritic: So you can't blame him.
jason00: charities schamrities. this is genocide.
flipcritic: He has donated billions to AIDS research and cures to Malaria.
flipcritic: hey man... you pick your fights.
flipcritic: What can Gates do to stop genocide?
flipcritic: This is something world governments have to do.
flipcritic: especially those in Industrialized nations.
jason00: dunno wait for the article writers next column. he's gonna point out essentials to stop it.
jason00: death to the arab haters!
flipcritic: Muslims don't want to talk about it, but their extremists are the most disturbing in the world.
jason00: or maim them as desfribed in princess bride
flipcritic: If muslims don't deal with it, the west will. And they have to fix it if they want to be respected in the world.

link post, biatch!

Thanks to Mike and Orson for sending these in.

Munich
Yay! Spielberg gets serious again. Look for the little girl in red. I keed! I keed!

A movie projector in a cell phone?
I had the same idea I told Orson last October. I'm a friggin' idea-man.

10 reasons why you should skip Microsoft's 360 and wait for the real gaming revolution"
Xbox 360 stays in place and spins around twice. Like a baby on a sugar-high.

Athletes cry foul after being crammed into tiny hotel rooms
What a half-assed report. Saw other articles about this. Nobody got the name of the hotel. To anybody who thinks this is the Philippines way to get more gold in the barely-marketed SEAGames held here in the Philippines, you may be right.

My November

Lots of things happened past few weeks. some news floored me, some news made me bookmark these through the internet and of course laziness. Nothingnew there.

My friend Moira from Edinburgh passed away last November 7. She is missed by all. God bless her.

Then Eddie Guerrero passed away last November 13. Thank you for the entertainment. Already missed but never forgotten.

Then I quit the Medical Transcription course for a better schedule of 12-530pm.

Went through some job interviews. Somebody give me a job.

Not much else happened. Got some links Orson and Mirasol sent to me. Will post about them soon.
